When we first were introduced to magnesium, our first thought was "What in the alien magic is this?!" Not only is magnesium extremely beautiful, it's also fascinating. What looks like it would be a heavy chunk of metal is as light as a feather. It's said to calm the nervous system and aid with sleep. We believe the hype! Any time we have it on our bedside table we're out like a light! This is a perfect stone for another who is doing deep body work or has trauma in their past. Those of us who are easily triggered can benefit quite a lot from magnesium.
