An instant classic, this traditional 78 card tarot deck echoes much of the symbolism found in the Rider-Waite tarot deck. However here we see a more intimate interpretation and the details have been magnified. This deck comes with a helpful pamphlet with history about the deck and meanings of each card.
This deck was recommended to me by a dear friend when I moved to Boulder, Colorado about four years ago. I remember vividly going down to Pearl Street and entering the magic that is The Lighthouse Bookstore. They carry a wide variety of tarot decks and metaphysical books. I remember checking out and the cashier saying “Oh, this is a good one! You’re going to like it!” Nothing could be more accurate! Every time I break out the box I fall in love with it all over again. There is something very regal and ancient about this deck. I appreciate the attention to detail and I’m always discovering something new.
David was a contributor to the Linweave Tarot. Published in 1967 and out of stock, this is now a collectors item and sells for hundreds of dollars! Hold onto your tarot decks my friends! You never know when your forgotten relic can become another man’s treasure.
