Please note: Free shipping on qualifying orders cannot be combined with other discount codes. Shipping crystals is costly, and we are so grateful for your support of our small business!

All orders are shipped via USPS within 3–5 business days (unless otherwise noted). For orders over $100, we happily upgrade you to USPS Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation at no additional cost. Our intention is always to get your treasures to you as quickly and safely as possible.

💌 Important: We are not responsible for stolen packages, which unfortunately has become more common in recent years. If package theft is an issue in your area, please let us know when placing your order or email us at hello@totemsandtarot.com. We’ll gladly add “Signature Required” to your shipment for extra peace of mind.

💌 Important: If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee to reship. Alternatively, we can refund you for the items once they are safely back in our hands, minus the original shipping charges.
