If you’re joining us on YouTube or TikTok, you’ll claim your crystals right in the chat, and I’ll start building your bin as we go! You can begin claiming as soon as you fill out the quick form.

After the live, invoices are sent through my website to keep your transaction safe and secure. (We never use Cash App, Venmo, or other payment apps.) You’ll receive your invoice directly from hello@totemsandtarot.com shortly after the sale.

Once payment is received, I start shipping the very next day—so your treasures arrive fast! Plus, shipping on your first YouTube or TikTok order is free. 💎✨

We lovingly pack and ship all orders within 3–5 days after each live sale. 💎✨

All packages are sent via USPS Mail (tracked and insured), and you’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

If package theft is common in your area, just let us know — we’re happy to add a signature requirement for extra peace of mind. Our goal is to make sure your crystals arrive safely and quickly! 💌
